Do we need to know how to code?

No. We build and document the solution, then train your team to use it. We agree who maintains it and what support is useful before we start.

Will we need to replace our existing tools?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already use and check what can connect. If something new is needed, we discuss it while scoping.

How much will it cost?

It depends on the workflow and integrations. You receive a clear scope and fixed quote before a build begins, including any ongoing tool costs.

What happens to our business data?

We agree what information is needed, who can access it and which tools process it. Access and human-review requirements are part of the scope.
